Food has always been at the heart of my life. Growing up in Karachi, Pakistan, I was surrounded by incredible flavours, vibrant street food, and family gatherings where food brought everyone together.

After moving to the UK, I found myself missing the authentic tastes of home. Unable to find the flavours I grew up with, I began recreating them in my own kitchen. What started as cooking for family and friends soon grew into catering for larger gatherings, where I discovered not only my love for food, but also my passion for hosting.

Biryani holds a special place in Pakistani culture and in my heart, but Pakistani cuisine is so much more than just biryani. Through Biryani & Beyond, I want to share the rich, diverse dishes that are rarely found outside Pakistan and create memorable dining experiences that bring people together around great food.
